The winter season is already upon us. It is most important that you keep in touch with me when the bad weather comes. I may not remember everyone’s travel dates so a quick reminder to me will help me track of your needs. So, what can I do for you? First – I can quickly rebook or and refund your reservations with one call. The airlines are refunding tickets when they cancel the flights. They may also allow for early changes. The airlines do not want people at the airports in an unhappy state! Most often hotels are also accommodating to weather changes.
The other day a NYC client tried making hotel reservations to no avail. Then a colleague said, “Call Harriet!” In minutes I had a room where he had just spent a long time looking for a room! Call or email, I can help and save you lots of time.
During the recent super storm, I had two people call for assistance when I did not do their reservations. There was little I could do except give some advice. My goal is to make your life simple, so call from the beginning. I have twenty-four hour coverage (888-567-9406) and even when I am out of the office someone covers for me. You can always get great assistance.
Extra Leg seats: before you purchase the extra leg rooms seats, do know what you are purchasing. Some of the seats are only an inch more from the seat in front of others. There are just seats for premium status miles member seats that can be purchased. While others have really extra leg room and give special check in status too!
Talk about seats, the Boeing 747 has the second floor bubble. Often these seats are premium coach class for purchase. It is so nice up there; a small planes feeling yet the comfort of the huge plane and well worth the extra cost.
