You need to book through a Virtuoso agency to obtain the benefits. For example, a cruise may offer a special cocktail party and free shore excursion. All hotels and resorts provide breakfast daily and upgrades, sometimes at the time of booking or at check in if available. They may also give lots of individual amenities like early check in along with late check out, hotel credit for dining or spa services, complimentary beverages in the room refrigerator, transfers, and much more. They are all nice little extras for you.
