Happy Holidays

Fifty years ago when I was in college one holiday season I worked at Teppers; a very nice department store in Plainfield, NJ. In those olden days, there were no cash registers on the counters. All the charge slips and cash were put into a brass cylinder and they were put into a vacuum tube and sucked up to a very small windowless room in the top floor. There were about 10 women working together. One night a bill came to my station and this was written on the bill…

“‘Twas the night before Christmas and all through the flat. The pipes were going a rat a tat tat. The stocking were hung by the window with care. They had been worn for six months and need the air…..”

With that I say happy new year… Tomorrow, Friday the 23rd of December I will go to Seattle for the week. I am going to practice what I preach and not take my lap top. Therefore you will not get a newsletter next week.

Janice and Jane will be covering for me. Janciea@vistatravelinc.com 617-588-4239 and Janee@vistatravelinc.com 617-588-4244. You may also call the after hours number at 888-567-9406. There may be a $20.00 charge for the afterhours call.

Thank you so much for your continual support and business.

‘Til next year, may all your travel dreams come true!

Peace be with you all…
